Perma Blend - Tina Davies' Eyebrow Pigment 15ml

The Perma Blend Eyebrow Collection has been designed by permanent make-up artist Tina Davies in collaboration with Perma Blend.

This Eyebrow Collection has seven 15 ml bottles of PMU pigments, ranging from light to dark, and one 15 ml bottle of Shading Solution. It also comes with a colour chart to help you with those shades.

All of the Perma Blend pigments in this set are vegan-friendly and cruelty-free.
